  19. Hi, folks. There goes a question (1), and a thought (2):

  21.    1) I'm really excited about this year's NAB, and I can't wait to see the
  22. new babies Newtek is going to offer us. (Not to talk about Alias, DPS, etc.)
  23. I'll be there, maybe I'll meet some of you guys there, but I've read
  24. about the Pre-NAB meeting that Newtek is going to offer Sunday (5:00 PM,
  25. Ceasars') and I'me not quite sure: a) If it's open to the public (hope so)
  26. and b) _Where_ in the Ceasar's is it gonna be (You know, it's not exactly
  27. a small houtel).

  29.   2) Of course with the recent flow of Alpha speedster, beyond the on-screen
  30. rendering the great advantage of SGI nowadays is its software (Did you see
  31. that spectacular Alias Poweranimator mini-tutorial that are appearing in CGW
  32. since last year's end? Blend... webbing... NURBS... Oh, my poor polygons!)
  33. Until when do you think this will last? They have a point about their price,
  34. after all it's QUITE a tool, we can't deny. What I mean is, is it SPEED the
  35. most important thing?
